SPIE Wins FM Contract for 10 Schools with Liverpool City Council

The facilities management contract is SPIE UK’s ninth from a public sector organisation in the past twelve months and covers the maintenance of building fabric, building services, hard landscaping and pest control services. Awarded after a rigorous competitive tender, the work complements the services that SPIE currently provides to sixteen schools on behalf of Liverpool City Council.
