SPIE UK, a subsidiary of SPIE, the independent European leader in multi-technical services in the areas of energy and communications, has been awarded a contract by Liverpool City Council for Hard Facilities Management across ten schools in the City.
The contract is SPIE UK’s ninth from a public sector organisation in the past twelve months and covers the maintenance of building fabric, building services, hard landscaping and pest control services. Awarded after a rigorous competitive tender, the work complements the services that SPIE currently provides to sixteen schools on behalf of Liverpool City Council.
