Following a two-stage process, involving a review of management processes and an on-site work assessment, SPIE UK has been awarded the Fire Accreditation Scheme (FIRAS) for penetration sealing in fire compartmentations and timber fire door maintenance.
This third-party certification scheme, which started in 1994, is for installation contractors and has been significant in improving standards of fire protection products and systems.
Testament to our technical competency and expertise required, technicians successfully demonstrated a high level of skill in the work they undertake and a thorough understanding of the necessary guidance on installation and repair of a range of penetration types.
As a FIRAS accredited contractor, our clients can be assured that we have the right technical competency and trade disciplines required to carry out the respective project.
